Peicha Chang is the owner of Vault + Vine — a floral studio, greenhouse, café, gathering place, and thoughtfully curated retail space.

You need to have passion. If you do not deeply love what you are doing, and have passion for it get out. Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart so you need to have that love and drive to sustain you when there is a bump in the road. 

I love how shop owning requires so many different problem solving abilities. A huge part of it is the numbers and logistics — the buying budget, figuring out costs, making sure we're ordering the right numbers on inventory, scheduling staff, ordering a good range of price points. But then I also love the creative part of it.
