Tell us about your business!

Esha: I run Saffron Public Relations, which offers PR strategy for lifestyle brands and start-ups across a broad spectrum, including consumer packaged goods, food, home and design. I create thought-provoking brand narratives that resonate with my client's target audience and share these stories with editors, writers, and influencers. I secure memorable press placements that promote brand visibility, build reputations, and amplify important messages. My work routinely captures the interest of media, investors, strategic partners, and customers.

What accomplishment are you celebrating right now?

Esha: I recently designed and executed PR strategy for a consumer packaged goods product launch. Within weeks, the brands’ products were all over local and national lifestyle publications, including Philadelphia Inquirer, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, Tasting Table, Parade, and more.

As a direct result of my work, it doubled the brands’ average daily sales, presented them with additional exposure opportunities, and significantly contributed to further building their brand.

What keeps you motivated?

Esha: The fact that the work I do and the connections I make on behalf of my clients add real value to their businesses.

I’m inspired by them as fellow business owners but also as people. The beauty of running my own PR consultancy is I’m able to work with clients with whom I share the same values and goals. Supporting and lifting up other small, often female-owned, like-minded businesses is very fulfilling.

What's one tip you want to share with other entrepreneurs?

Esha: Outsource things that aren’t your strengths early on, whether that’s developing a brand identity, choosing an accountant, etc. Just as you want to be seen for your service as an expert, you have to create the energy and room to be able to focus on marketing it, rather than spending time on things that aren’t your real focus.

What's your favorite app or resource of the moment?

Esha: It’s such a simple concept, but Boomerang for Gmail is a lifesaver.

What are you listening to lately?

Esha: This past year’s Electric Guest album Plural is perfection. Also: Betty Who, Fickle Friends, and Ralph.

What are you crushing on?

Esha: U.S. Senator Kamala Harris. She’s a force to be reckoned with.

What inspirational words resonate with you recently?

Esha: "You are allowed to be a both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously."

Where can we find you online?

Esha: Follow me on social media to keep up with my latest client happenings (and a little of my own adventures thrown in there as well):
